Highlights of the Position New Anesthesiology Residency Program started July 2020 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms Approximately 250 open cardiac cases annually as well as TAVR's performed in hybrid operating room Fellowship trained in Cardiac Anesthesiology or in certification process, as well as certified in Echocardiography or in certification process. Teaching opportunities with regular rotations of residents and medical students. Robust EHR used in all areas, including operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations) Anesthesia Department manages OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday Work Life Balance Cardiac Anesthesiologist primarily takes cardiac call with rare call back 4-weeks vacation time for NEW Physicians 5 Personal days per year 7 Holidays per year Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits Above industry average salary and bonus structure $200K loan forgiveness available for qualified candidates $25K Starting Bonus $25K Retention Bonus Quality and Citizenship bonuses available Full benefits including medical, dental and disability insurance Malpractice/Liability Insurance including tail coverage Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions (Guthrie matches 1/2 of the first 6% you invest.
